Standard installation and installation are always included on energiland.dk. A standard fitting is a realistic solution that suits most homes. If there are special conditions in your home that make it impossible to “settle” with a standard mounting, the installer can demand extra payment for work and materials in addition to the standard mounting. This will always be detailed and based on the installer’s hour and material consumption.

If you are unsure whether the standard mounting is sufficient in your case, you are welcome to ask for an estimate before you buy your new heating product.

Connection to electricity

A heat pump needs power. In the standard mounting, there is included connection to an approved outlet with earth, or safety switch in the immediate vicinity of the outdoor unit. If one does not already exist, it is necessary to ask an electrician to mount it. This work is not part of the standard installation and is paid by the customer separately.

Buy without standard mounting

It is not possible to buy the products at energiland.dk without standard mounting, as there are high requirements for the fitters’ training and certification. In addition, the warranty depends on the product being fitted by an authorized fitter.
